The Rackola Baking Rack Instructions

It is very easy to lift, separate and remove the Rackola Baking Rack.

To Assemble:  Align the Pin-Ring holes of the two halves of the Baking Rack.  Slide the Pin-Ring into the holes.  The Baking Rack is now locked together.  Lift on handles.  If the center folds, flip over. To Remove the Baking Rack from below a roast: Grab the Pin-Ring and pull straight out.  Pull out and slightly upward on both handles.
